After over 30 years in business, we’ve started an exciting new chapter with owner and licensed builder Jackie Kenmare at the helm.
Founded in May 1992 by self-taught builder Larry Kenmare, Pinnacle Homes crafted a highly-respected reputation as a professional custom home builder throughout the Greater Vancouver area. Completing over 100 custom projects, Larry has made Pinnacle Homes one of the most trusted builders in the industry.
In 2021, Larry’s daughter Jackie brought her extensive experience in commercial construction project management to the team.
With an already strong foundation in the Vancouver industry, Jackie earned her BC Builder’s License through BCIT in 2023, and has been operating as a licensed residential builder with BC Housing and New Home Warranty. Since then, she’s successfully expanded the business’ reach, serving clients beyond BC and into Washington, with several completed and upcoming float home projects in Seattle and the surrounding area.
While Larry remains an integral and invaluable part of the team, he is transitioning out of day-to-day operations and into a consulting role. Moving forward, Jackie will lead both Pinnacle Custom Homes and Westcoast Floating Homes, continuing the family tradition while steering the company into the next generation.
